Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, simply contact our customer service at support@bullcaptain.uk to start your returns process. You'll need to provide your order number, which you received in your confirmation email.
If your return is accepted, we'll send you our returns address along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached. Any signs of use, wear, or damage may result in the return being rejected.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. incorrect, defective, or damaged item). All items should be returned to our warehouse in Asia.
Please note: Delays caused by customs clearance are beyond our control and are not considered valid reasons for a return. Returns for bundled items must generally include all products within the bundle. Individual products may not be returned separately. Customers are responsible for returning items, costs and customs duties.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we've received your return package, we will process the inspection within 2-4 business days and send you a full refund within that time frame. Once processed, you should receive the money back into your account within 3-5 business days depending on your bank or payment processor.
